Our manufacturers, if they have the opportunity, support families and institutions in need by donating appliances related to an initiative or program.
The purpose of the program
Support for families in need
Throughout the household appliance replacement programs, not all families could seize the opportunity of receiving subsidy, because they could not afford the necessary self-financing required for the support.
Energy efficiency
The replacement of old, energy-consuming appliances with new, energy-efficient machines meant energy, carbon dioxide, and money savings.
Recycling of electronic appliances
The waste management of replaced, old appliances is also a priority, we paid attention to this as well. The old appliances were recovered by waste management operators.
The results of the program
We have donated nearly 150 appliances over the years.
At the launch of the Cycle Michael campaigns, we donated 100 refrigerators to domestic hospitals.
We donated 20 energy-saving refrigerators to families in need and care homes supporting the ones in need with the help of the Hungarian Interchurch Aid.
With the help of the Hungarian Interchurch Aid, we donated 15 modern washing machines to families in need and care homes supporting the ones in need.
Applying to the tender “Adopt a room!” (“Fogadj örökbe egy helyiséget!”) of the Szent Margit Hospital in Budapest, we replaced the hospital’s oldest 14 refrigerators with new, energy-saving appliances.
